This week, the PRS team bids farewell to Ednah Ngoma, the first CEO of PRS 365, as she transitions from her role as CEO to pursue a new challenge. Ednah Ngoma will continue to serve PRS 365 in her capacity as member of the PRS 365 Board of Directors and as co-founder.

During her farewell speech to the PRS team, Ms. Ngoma said, “one of the greatest advantages PRS has always had is the combined strength of its founder team, and the talented team members it has added over the years. Having these attributes enables effective leadership transition and business continuity, a privilege that I realize many growth-stage organizations lack. I am very proud to be passing on the baton at a time when PRS is on a strong growth trajectory, and I look forward to continue serving PRS in a more strategic role.”
